Physical Conditioning: 3 sets of 20 pushups • 4 sets of 50 sit-ups • 3 sets of 30 burpees 

Light sparring: 3 rounds of 3 minutes 

Competition: The evaluation will be performed in a competition setting in which the student’s performance will be evaluated by Sensei.
